General Assembly – 26th October 2024

On the occasion of the sixth edition of the I-RIM 3D Conference, the Members’ Assembly will be held from 2:00 pm on Saturday 26 October.
On this particular occasion, in addition to the usual presentation of the Institute, its current projects and news regarding the life of I-RIM, an important event for all members will be held: the elections for the new Executive Board will be held, for the three-year period 2025-2028.

The candidates have already introduced themselves to the community at the meeting on 7 October, illustrating their professional curricula and their ideas for the future of I-RIM.If you are interested in viewing their presentation, please contact us at admin@i-rim.it.

For members who are unable to attend the Assembly, it is possible to delegate a member to represent them. Each member can collect a maximum of three proxies that must necessarily be sent no later than 20 October to admin@i-rim.it.
For organizational reasons, proxies received later cannot be taken into consideration.

The vote is managed through the online platform Votafacile. You will shortly receive a communication from it with your personal credentials.

IMPORTANT: You will need these credentials to access the vote, even if it will be in person.

We recommend that you have these credentials and a device with internet access available during the Assembly.

Together with the credentials, the system will send you the link to access the Votafacile voting platform.

We recommend that you also check your spam folder, in case you do not receive messages there.

You can vote for up to three candidates, while choosing “blank ballot” means that no vote is cast.

The nine most voted candidates will become part of the new Executive Board. In the event of a tie in votes, criteria established by the Executive Board will be followed.

NOTE: the Assembly on Saturday 26 October at 2.00 pm is organized within the I-RIM 3D Conference at Maker Faire. Access is free and free for all participants in the event. Since access is within the exhibition area, which is subject to paid entry fees, it will be the Institute’s responsibility to guarantee free access also to members who wish to vote but who do not participate in I-RIM 3D or MakerFaire. For organizational reasons, anyone in this condition must request limited access by writing to the reference address (admin@i-rim.it) no later than the day before the Assembly.
The methods for receiving the entrance ticket will be specified in the communication with the aforementioned address.
