Call for Extended Abstract is open
Potential authors are invited to submit an Extended Abstract in English covering all areas of robotics and intelligent machines, together with an optional video.
The recommended length is 2 pages, but contributions of up to 4 pages will be accepted subject to an additional fee.
Contributions will be accepted that aim to present:
- New research ideas
- Industrial case studies
- Demonstrators and application reportsPosition paper
All submissions will undergo peer review coordinated by the Programme Committee.
Accepted extended abstracts will be presented as posters during the conference and will be included in the digital conference proceedings, together with any accompanying videos. They will be freely accessible (Gold Open Access), digitally indexed (DOI) and citable.
Important Dates:
- Deadline submission: September 22, 2026
- Notification of acceptance: October 5, 2026
- Extended Abstract presentation: October 23-24, 2026

- Ensure that at least one author registers for the conference upon acceptance
