Objectives
- Encourage the presence, participation, and visibility of younger members (i.e., PhD students and early-career researchers) within the I-RIM community.
- Enhance young members’ participation and sense of belonging in the association’s various initiatives (e.g., I-RIM 3D, PhDRIM, DRIMS2, etc.).
- Stimulate, promote, and support new activities aimed at younger members.
Future activities
- Strengthen the relationship between the DRIMS2 Summer School and the PhDRIM PhD program.
- Reintroduce, potentially improving, events dedicated to younger members within I-RIM, while proposing new initiatives.
- Identify initiatives that are of interest to early-career researcher members.
