Objectives
- Oversee the association’s publications, both in print and electronic formats, including conference proceedings.
Activities carried out in 2025
- Handover from the outgoing committee regarding the current procedures for conference publication.
- Proposal to publish the proceedings in the Springer Proceedings in Advanced Robotics series, with two types of contributions:
- abstracts of 2+ pages;
- regular papers of 6+ pages.
- The deadline for abstract submissions will, as usual, fall in the second half of September; the deadline for regular paper submissions will be brought forward to the end of August.
- Regular papers will be published in the “Springer Proceedings in Advanced Robotics” series, which is indexed in Scopus.
Future activities
- Complete the procedure for publishing the proceedings of the I-RIM 2026 Conference in the Springer Proceedings in Advanced Robotics series.
- Suggest and create outreach publications.
