20 October 2019: I-RIM 3D 2019 closes!
The new Institute was presented in Rome from 18 to 20 October 2019 with I-RIM 3D , a three-day multi-dimensional event that brought together the entire community of those who carry out research and innovation in the Robotics and Intelligent Machines sector.
Alessandro De Luca, as General Chair and his team put together this first edition, that was full of illustrious personalities from the Italian academic world, here you will find all the names.
They were three intense days, with a very full and lively program:
120 presentations, 16 workshops, four lectures by the most famous international experts, and four participatory debates on the hottest topics of research and innovation attracted about 370 participants, of which 170 young recent graduates.
The collaboration with MakerFaire has been very positive. Pavilion 9 dedicated to Robotics hosted 117 stands of research centers and companies, visited by thousands of MakerFaire’s visitors.
The apps and meeting tools have met with great success, with 378 individual profiles and 41 company profiles collected and crossed in RoboMatch and TechMatch.
