What happens if I forget to renew?
Any member who does not settle the membership fee payment by February 28 of each fiscal year, and who fails to comply after a written notice sent by email, will automatically lose membership status due to non-payment.

Who can become a member?
Individuals who are interested in the association’s themes and support the goals of I-RIM may apply for membership. Membership applications are reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors.
The individual membership fee for 2025 is €50, which grants inclusion in the Members’ Register and the right to participate in the General Assembly with voting rights. I-RIM members also benefit from a significant discount on the registration fee for the I-RIM 3D event.
Companies, organizations, and institutions will be able to support I-RIM in ways that will be defined in the near future. However, individual membership is required to participate in the association’s activities.

What do I need?
Membership application:
- Fill out the form using the button below;
- Proceed with payment of the membership fee;
- If the application is approved, you will receive a confirmation email along with the payment receipt;
- If the application is not accepted by the I-RIM Board of Directors, the full membership fee will be refunded.
TO PAY (new membership or renewal)
Proceed with payment via:
- Bank transfer to IBAN IT96M0503414023000000002528
(account no. 002528, Banco BPM, account holder: Associazione I-RIM), with the reason for payment: “Membership fee 2025, full name of the member” (a single transfer for multiple fees is acceptable, as long as all member names are explicitly listed in the payment description). - Or use credit card and/or PayPal. Note: please fill in the field below with the member’s full name.
- Send a copy of the membership fee payment receipt via email to admin@i-rim.it with subject line “I-RIM Membership Year XXXX Full Name”.
- If the procedure is successful, you will receive a confirmation email with the payment receipt.
