I-RIM 3D 2023, the annual event of the Robotics and Intelligent Machines community, closed on Sunday 22 October.

They were three intense days, with a very full and lively programme:
112 presentations, 20 workshops, 17 posters by DRIM PhD students, seven invited speakers of recognized international prestige, four round tables about challenges and opportunities of technology transfer, advanced  education in scientific disciplines, risks and benefits of AI, and a competition between eight start-ups that presented their innovative products.

We value the presence of young researchers, about half of the attendees. It was one of the most important objectives of this edition!

Pavilion 5 of Maker Faire, dedicated to Robotics, hosted 16 prototypes and technology demonstrators.

The dinner at the Serra del Palazzo delle Esposizioni was a social event that we will remember for a long time!
